  • Access Denied - pls reset my user id

    Using the DC-Unlocker client 1.00.08.05
    user ID: rob2402
I get access denied after entering the credentials supplied in the email.
From reading the forum this can be due to wireshark being installed on the computer - which it is.
Can you please reset my account and I will try again using a computer that does not have wireshark installed.
    Thanks

Uninstall network scanner software and its drivers (WinPcap driver npf.sys) and try again. Now you are unblocked, but if you will not uninstall you will be blocked again.
Yes, this might be caused by WireShark.

I have tried this again using a different computer (windows 7) which never had wireshark installed, I did also search for the file npf.sys and it was not found on the hardrive, I did however find a file names npfs.sys.
        Same problem ... access denied.

If you are sure there is no such software installed or there is no "npf.sys" driver on your system, then try again to connect.

Ok this is now working and my account information gets validated but now I stumble into a new problem, during the unlocking process I receive the error of "insufficient credit". Am I expected to purchase credits after purchasing the unlocker client before I can unlock my device ?

If you want to unlock devices with username and password, you must have an account with credits. You can buy credits here: http://www.dc-unlocker.com/buy
