Hi,

a friend suggested me to use this sw for U8150 huawei unlock and 10 credits were purchased.
I have been unable to receive expected message with available credits once username is entered (rmalfredo). There was this message of connection error with server and latest message is access denied.

There might be an error with my account because using a different password it shows password error and once it is corrected, shows access denied.

Wrong password was entered too many times so you were blocked.
I suggest you to copy-paste your password from email address to avoid password mismatch.
If you did not receive your password into your email, check spam box / junkmail.
If password is still not there, copy your payment confirmation email text to me by private message.
Then I will provide you password manually.
