    Hello! I just bought from you 10 credits for 10 EUR as "New user", but I didn't received any email (checked both - one which I've been used when registering, and paypal email). I don't need to unlock my modem any more, so could you please refund me at "laroco" please. Thank You.

    We do not have such username in our system.
    Are you sure that you bought credits for username "laroco"?
    Are you sure that the payment was completed?
