Hi, I just registered and bought credits to unlock my phone, but when I try to login in the software I get an "access denied" message. What do I do???

I will wait for a solution until tomorrow and if I don't get one I'll just claim a refund for the credits I bought.

Hi,
I've got the same problem. I bought credits and it tells me "access denied" on "check login". Why? I have uninstalled WinPCap. What is the problem with having winpcap installed? What does winpcap have to do with unlocking a usb DC?

WinPcap is network scanner. Scanning / sniffing / spying / monitoring / disassembling software are not allowed to use with DC-Unlocker, thats why it is being blocked.
