Huawei E585u-82 insufficient credits

i have just tried to unlock the Huawei E585u-82. the software detects the modem ok but i get an error ' insufficient credits'.
i purchased 2 credits as was required on the price list but got the same message. i then purchased 2 more credits & now have a total of 4.
i still get this error message.

You were watching a wrong pricelist (for dongle users).
