Access denied

Hi there,

Recently just purchased some credit to unlock my modem, have gotten a message 'access denied' and it seems I have to contact support to get this fixed.

Have already tried contacting live support, guess will talk there when possible, but would like this to get fixed asap.

Uninstall network scanner software and it drivers (winpcap driver
npf.sys) or will be blocked again. Now have unblocked and you should
be able to connect to server.
