    Hi there

    I had some monitoring software on my system which has since been removed but now my account is not allowed to log in anymore - I receive ACCESS DENIED whenever I try to do something. Please help...

    Could you write your username that you received after credits purchase?

        Uninstall network scanner software and it drivers (winpcap driver npf.sys) or will be blocked again. Now have unblocked and you should be able to connect to server.
