Yesterday , I unlock E353s (2 credit) it said Ok and i check Ok.

today, my customer send it back and I check

If unlock is successful, then you cannot unlock modem second time (because DC-Unlocker will show SIM Lock status: unlocked). As our logs say, this modem was unlocked 2 times. That means, your customer did something to modem (maybe tried to change firmware), so the modem was re-locked again.
I suggest you to restart modem (reconnect it) after each unlock and detect with other providers SIM card inserted with DC-Unlocker - then you will have proves that the modem was really unlocked.

I try to unlock the second time bro.
The first time I unlock it too.
He did not update . i try to unlock the second time and it ok . Hope he wont come back again .
