There must be an email from DC-Unlocker sent to your email address with unblock link. Click this link and your account will be unblocked.
If you cannot find the email, check in spam box or junkmail - maybe it went there.
If you still cannot find unblock link, please write (in private message) which email address you are checking. Then we will be able to check more.

What e-mail do you check? Sure you check same e-mail that you use for paypal?
