Access Denied new Account

My new account deeco has 10 credits in it but keeps saying "access denied "with server login

Do not use phone system analysis software (PSAS) at same time when use dc-unlocker or will be blocked again.
Now have unblocked and you should be able to connect.

sorry, i was blocked again i had wireshark and wincap , removed now

can you re-activate my account

Uninstall network scanner software and its drivers (WinPcap driver npf.sys) and try again. Wireshark might cause this too.
Now you are unblocked.
