But when I checked the modem using the dc unlocker software I found out that my modem is actually unlocked (but the sim inside is locked)

Can you cancel my transaction or refund?

I am really upset tried to unlock my sierra wireless 875u and it said free unlimited then said two credits, I was a lady and paid the 2 credits and now it says not enuf credits. Please refund me looks like a scam!
