I can`t register new account!!!

When I`m trying to buy credits as a new customer I can`t do it. When I enter my username, this field stays red (I`ve tryed a lot of user names). What`s wrong?

Problem on Vygis Dongle serial number

OK I went to the buy link on the website: http://www.dc-unlocker.com/buy

And I´ve selected: Activation for Vygis Dongle

I want to use the 15 free credits that all Vygis users have, I have 3 vygis BOXES (Not the mini/slim version). Tried 2 serials from them and have the message "Dongle sn not found". Are just the mini/slim versions of Vygis that have these free credits? Or the box versions also have them? Thank you.

To use free trial credits vith Vygis dongle you do not need to our website. Just start dc unlocker software, connect your Vygis dongle and press check login. Only after you do it, you will be able to buy more credits from our web page or activate dc unlocker on your Vygis dongle.
