wrong username!

Hello, I have two questions:
1) I bought a 7 credits for the user name "somy200x" but accidentally paid the bill twice. Can you get a refund for an bill?
2) When I try to unlock modem, DC-unlocker displays a message that the username is not valid! Function "remind password" does not help, shows a message that e-mail is not valid!

Wrong password was entered too many times, so you were blocked.
Please copy-paste your password from email address to DC-Unlocker software, do not rewrite it, because it is case sensitive.
