If you have lost or forgotten or not received your paysword, you can use remind password function in dc-unlocker software. Password will be sent to your e-mail that you provided when bought credits.
Also, try to check in spam. Maybe e-mail went there.

I have also experienced this problem. I have tried the "forgot password" link from the DC Unlocker software, but no password reminder is sent. I've checked the junkmail box, nothing there either. I received the PayPal payment confirmation almost 2 days ago - 6 Apr 2012 01:20:58 AEST
Receipt No: 2813-2440-2375-6841 . Through online banking I can see the transaction went through, my card has been debited for AUD$13.12 which is the equivalent of 10 euros and a AUD$0.98 fee (I'm guessing either a verification amount or foreign transaction fee), and as I haven't purchased anything else I know for sure it is the DC Unlocker Paypal payment.
Your assistance would be appreciated.
