I want to unlock a Huawei E585u. Paid for my 10 credits got user name (mandyczewsky) and password by email. However in the DCunlocker (latest version) access denied keeps coming up when I try to login.
Please help.

Uninstall network scanner software and it drivers (winpcap driver npf.sys) or will be blocked again. Now have unblocked and you should be able to connect to server.

Need to find npf.sys driver and remove it.

I cannot find wincpap on my system (XP home) and no npf.sys driver.

The closest driver to this name is npfs.sys.

Are you referring to this one?

No, npfs.sys is not that driver and you do not need to remove it.
If you are sure that you do not have npf.sys driver, you can use the software.

Tried the unlocker software again and this time it worked - got into the server and seemed to unlock OK. the message still refers to unlocking tries left however and it also appears in the SIM management applet.

You mean modem still not unlocked?
