account blocked

Hi there,

Activated new account and put on 15.0 EUR via new paypal account. Followed instructions and activated paypal acc with emailed link. Received email from your support team saying account activated and password to use. When i try connecting using the software it brings up my account and correct balance but says account blocked.

Please advise on how to correct this.
