access denied !

when i try unlock any device or check server give me "access denied !" ...why??

but im not making any thing wrong like connecting it with another tool
or with any jtag process before i use my dc dongle i always restart PC

* is there any wrong if i post my dongle id here

Could you write your dongle serial number? Then I would be able to check, why do you receive this error.

Do not use JTAG at same time when using DC-Unlocker or you will be blocked again. Now you are unblocked and should be able to connect.
This is not first time when you are blocked for same reason. Next time may not be able to unblock.

but i didnt connect it at same time .
from first time when it block im restart pc before i connect dongle and i connect it alone no box is connect with pc or any other soft tools are runing

Server has detected it. Maybe any processes were left running at same time.
