Today after having bought 10Creditos, just received my email receipt from Paypal. And did not get in my email login and password. I'm a little disappointed with the service, I hope you will solve the problem.

You have bought as existing user. When buy as exiting user username
and password is not sent. Need to use same username and password that
you received after bought for first time.
If you have lost or forgotten your password, you can use remind
password function in dc-unlocker software. Password will be sent to
your e-mail that you provided when bought credits.
Also, try to check in spam, maybe it went there.

Good, I tried to recover through the software DC-Unlocker 2. But when I try to recover the password from me as follows: "Incorect user e-mail."

help needed urgently

i just went to the "buy" section and got a credit for a "new user" i typed the username, email, credits and then it took me to register my card which i did, when i paid i got a message saying that there was a problem with the payment but i checked my bank account and a charge was made, what happened?
