No Username and Password Email After Purchase

Hi,

I purchased 7 credits to unlock a ZTE MF821 modem this morning (8 hours ago) and I haven't received an email with a user name and password.

When I try to use the "Remind Password" function in the DC Unlocker program it comes up with "Incorrect user e-mail".

I've received a Paypal confirmation email for my payment for 7 credits so the purchase has gone through.

Could someone please help me with the login details.
