Strange behavor, i installed the latest version of DC and start investigate the program. I discovered that i had a monitoring program installed. I uninstalled that and AFTER that i bought some kredits and got my login and password. I entered that in DC and get "access denied" direct, why. I know my account could be locked if i had a monitoring program installed thats why i tryed it before i entered my login details and still i get my account locked!?!

Uninstall network scanner software and its drivers (WinPcap driver npf.sys) and try again. Now you are unblocked, but if you will not uninstall you will be blocked again.

Write your username or dongle serial number. Then we would be able to check, why do you receive this error.

Now "QC Mobile Analysis" was detected.
Do not use "QC Mobile Analysis" together with DC-Unlocker. If software will detect "QC Mobile Analysis" running at the same time with DC-Unlocker, then you will be automatically blocked again. Now unblocked you and you should be able to connect.
