This username was already registered 4 years ago, so you bought credits for other, existing user. That is why you did not receive a password.
If you did not register this username 4 years ago (and by mistake bought credits for someone other), please copy your payment confirmation email text in private message.
New username and password will be created manually.

Can you write what username did you buy credits for?
Did you check for password in junkmail/spam box?
Can you write what email address you are checking?
