i lost my credits due to error 62!

im trying to unlock e357,i purchased 7credits from a dealer and give me account

user: FMC_GSM124

i always got error 62 when i tried to unlock my huawei modem
when i check my credits i become 0

please help...

Try unlocking again. Unlocking same device again does not require credits. You can unlock with 0 credits.
Also, be sure you have other internet connection than the modem you are unlocking.
