problem with E372 - bought credits

Hello, actually I have 3 problems using DC Unlocker (latest version) with Huawei E372:
1- I bought 8 credits with paypal (I have confirmation mail), first times when I hit "Check Login" it said it was OK, now it says "Error connecting to server !".
2- I tried to login to forums with the generated login for the payment but it told me that the email didn't exist (so I had to register directly to the forum).
3- When it told me "OK" (to the login check), the button "Unlock" was still DISABLED, so I couldn't try to unlock the internet key...

Could you help me please?

1. Please write your username and we will check what could be wrong.
2. Forum username and password are not the same as username and password for DC-Unlocker software.
3. I guess you detected your modem with original SIM card inserted.
Insert other providers SIM card and detect again. Make sure you are logged in into software.

Yes, if there is other providers SIM card inserted in the modem and DC-Unlocker shows "SIM lock status: unlocked", it means modem is already unlocked or was not locked at all.
Sorry, but we do not have firmware files for these modems.
