    Hi paid via paypal and 10 credits were paid by user moshint. need them going to my dongle pls

    User : 0000B0B8
    Password : OK !
    Credits left : 0

    Minimal purchase for dongle user is 20 credits.
    We can only move from account 20 and more credits.

      when i purchased credits today 10 was available . it did not say anywhere i had to purchase 20.

        You have bought as user, not as dongle user.
        Try to buy as dongle user and you will see that it require minimum 20 credits.

            You can buy 10 additional credits to account "moshint" and tell us when you did. Then we could transfer credits from account "moshint" to your dongle.
