Hello Folks,

I tried buying credits through a verified paypal account. My account was debited 4 times but I have not recieved any credits and I have not recieved any refund either. Can anyone help?

If you are sure that your account was debited 4 times, then please contact paypal to know what might be wrong - as your money did not reach us.

But why did you refund the money? I want to get this job of unlocking the stick done at the earliest. you guys are making a fuss of the payment issue. Is there any way for me to do this asap?

Your payment is refunded because you used unverified paypal account. Our system accept only payments from verified accounts. Verify the account at paypal and then there will be no refund.

Please contact PayPal to know how to verify your account and then try again purchasing credits.

I guess yes. You should contact paypal support to check how to verify your account.
