Access Denied !

Hi,

I am trying to unlock a Huawei E586, I have downloaded the most recent version of the DC software yesterday 1.00.0857 I also logged on and bought 10 credits.
My username is garywright1000, when I run the software it detects the modem and I enter my username and password and click check account, it then says access denied. I've read a few forums and unistalled a winpcap thing from the laptop have also turned off the windows firewall, I can use the internet fine whilst trying to unlock so do have a network connection. My IP address is 93.187.144.96

Uninstall network scanner software and its drivers (WinPcap driver npf.sys) and try again. Now you are unblocked, but if you will not uninstall you will be blocked again.

As I couldn't find any network scanner software or the driver files I ran the software on a different PC that has never had many things installed on before. It worked fine on that one, I've now successfully unlocked the Mifi and it is now working with a different network sim
