Using Windows XP Home SP3 with DC-Unlocker v1.00.0879. trying to unlock a Huawei E153 from SmartBro (Philippines). I inserted the USB modem stick (without SIM card inserted) and DC-Unlocker auto-detects the modem and returns:

I then click on Unlock. After a short wait, the Server section displays asking for my username and password and the following is displaid below:

(error code 63)

No username !

I tried using my username/password to this forum, however that was not accepted. I then thought that maybe I need to purchase some user credits. I checked the user credits required for this modem and discovered that it was Free Unlimited.

What do I do next?

You are right. Username and password for DC-Unlocker software you will get after you buy credits. You can buy credits here: http://www.dc-unlocker.com/buy
Free unlimited unlocking is only for Vygis/Rocker/Infinity/DC-Unlocker dongle users.
