    if this was all about the scanner sw then how do I uninstall it...?

    Uninstall network scanner software and its drivers (WinPcap driver npf.sys) and try again. Now you are unblocked, but if you will not uninstall you will be blocked again.

      And also how do i find the password. I did press save for the last time i logged into the sw however the password is now gone

          Do not use jtag at same time when use DC-unlocker or will be blocked again. Now have unblocked and you should be able to connect.

          If you have lost or forgotten your paysword, you can use remind password function in dc-unlocker software. Password will be sent to your e-mail that you provided when bought credits.

                when you say jtag, does it mean the software like anti-virus, etc??
                i don't have network scanner but network printer...

                  already checked i don't have any of SW you've previously mentioned below
                  what i might thing, that's all about a chinese anti-virus sw called 360...
                  do i have to uninstall it, or i can simply stop the process during the unlocking...?
