Took My Credits But Still Locked HELP !!!!

Hi

Looked up my modem on your price list

Went and brought the 7 credits no problems

downloaded the software no problems

Used the software no problems

searched my modem and clicked to unlock modem

it never did the progress bar down the bottom
BUT took my 7 credits and still says she is locked


WTF LOL BIG Problem
