Access Denied (Error 17)

Im trying to unlock my ZTE K3565-Z modem but always I get the same error:

For correct ZTE modem detection, please plug modem with invalid operator SIM inserted. Wait till software starts the modem, close ZTE software and then you can detect modem with DC-Unlocker.

Solved ater you contact by live chat. You had to remove npf.sys driver (driver of network scanner).
