Problem purchasing unlimited activation for Vygis Dongle?

Im trying to buy the unlimited activation for my vygos dongle.
The site first accepts the serial with the green light but then i see a clock and a red light and cannot proceed any further?

any idea to resolve this as i have qty of dongles to do first thing tomorrow?
