Hi I have purchased 10 credits to unlock my 3 modem, i inserted a GiffGaff sim and connected to the pc. All drivers were installed and the DC unlocking software had seen the modem. I logged in with the software and selected unlock which gave an error code 62, i tried again to unlock and the same code but now all my credits have been used ...any help much appreciated thanks Paul
You can unlock samed evice again with 0 credits. Unlocking same device again does not require credits.
