    Hello, hope you can help...

    I bought 4 credits to unlock Huawei E1550 locked to 3 Network (UK)

    I get the message: access denied

    Did you receive e-mail with username and password after credits purchase?
    If so, then try to copy it from that e-mail to dc-unlocker software and press check login.
    If you have lost or forgotten or not received your paysword, you can use remind password function in dc-unlocker software. Password will be sent to your e-mail that you provided when bought credits.

      Yep, I received the e-mail after purchasing the credits. I have tried resending the password and copying and pasting both username and password from the e-mail to the DC-Unlocker Client but still access denied. Please help...

        Do not use Phone System Analysis (PSAS) at same time when use dc-unlocker or will be blocked again. Now unblocked and you should be able to connect.
