Try this way: disconnect dongle, start dc-unlocker software enter your dongle serial number as username, password enter 123456 and press check login. What error do you receive?

Do not use JTAG at same time when using DC-Unlocker or you will be blocked again. Now you are unblocked and should be able to connect.

Yes, you are blocked again for using jtag at same time when dc-unlocker.
If you will ignore our warnings, next time there may be no more unblock.
