As you can see from previous posts of Vincentas, you were blocked couple of times already for the same reason. You were warned that we might not be able to unblock you again. But you kept using JTAG and got blocked again for same reason.
This might be considered as ignoring our warnings and abusing the rules. So, sorry, but now I cannot unblock you.

Try contacting us by live chat from web page on working hours. Maybe there will be person who can unblock you if you agree that you used jtag together with dc-unlocker.
