You are blocked because of 2 reasons:
1. QC Mobile Analysis
2. WinPcap driver npf.sys
1. Do not use QC Mobile Analysis together with DC-Unlocker. If software will detect QC Mobile Analysis running at the same time with DC-Unlocker, then you will be automatically blocked again.
2. Uninstall network scanner software and its drivers (WinPcap driver npf.sys) and try again.
Please let me know when you clean your computer from these softwares and only then I could unblock you.
