Hi, I have the exact same problem and also request assistance.

I have 2 credits confirmed and am trying to unlock a T-Mobile Rapport U8180.

I am also receiving:

Error code 61
unlock failed !

You receive this error because have not enough credits.
For dongle users unlock needs 2 credits, for non dongles users need 10 credits.
