HELP Vodafone 725 unlocking takes 3 credit (refund)

Sir today i done unlocking Vodafone 725
using vygis dongle and infinity dongle
i read at the website its says free
first i try to unlock the first phone with sing infinity dongle
but after unlocking, server charges me 3 credit

i thought if i using infiity it required 3 credit
so i try to unlock again the 2nd phone with using vygis dongle
but after unlocking, server charges me 3 credit

You used dongle that has no dc-unlocker activation.
Unlocking this phone with dongle without activation require 3 credits , for other device 15 credits.

No, your dongle has no DC-Unlocker activation.
If you want to use it with DC-Unlocker software, you need to buy DC-Unlocker activation.

how to remove phone password?

Phone password is set by user and cannot be removed with DC-Unlocker software.
It can only be removed through phones settings, or by factory reset of phone.
Or, you need to know phone password from previous user of the phone.
