E367 Access Denied

Before I bought any credits I checked that the progam identified the E367 USB Modem. But at all otions I tried, I only got the message "access denied" - is the program able to unlock the E367 or not - and if it is able, what am I doing wrong?

"Access denied" error means you are blocked. Please write your username or Vygis/Rocker/Infinity/DC-Unlocker dongle ID and we will check why you might be blocked.
