    error 64

    Hello,
    I am trying to unlock my Sierra wireless card MC8700 and every time I try to login in I get access denied, password not recognized. Either error code 17 or 64.
    I purchased 10 credits several weeks ago on Order 1HT95678TY624920R. Can you please help rectify this problem?
