Paid 10 Euro without any credit to account

My user id is ramapanda. I try to unlock E586, I paid 10 Euro, but no credit on my account and I also cannot unlock the modem.
Can you please help?

Unlock took 10 credits, thats why there are no credits in your account.
If unlock did not work, you can unlock same device again wit 0 credits.
Unlocking again does not require credits.
