    i just bought 3 credits just now and had a total of 7 credits.but when i check my credits on dc unlocker client it says Credits left : 0

        As our logs say, unlock was not done properly. Try to unlock it again - unlocking same device for same user does not consume credits again.

          i had 4 credits left in my account and bought additional 3 credits so i can unlock my modem but when it tried to unlock my modem my it says i dont have any credits left.i lost all my credits without unlocking my modem

              does that mean i can try to unlock that modem again for free cause it failed to unlock last time.
