As i understand you did not receive payment confirmation from paypal also.
If confirmation not received, means payment not done.

Same here, except I paid by Mastercard, secure transaction through my bank. I do not want to have anything to do with PayPal, who have proved incompetent and extortionist in my experience, nor with HiPay, which I just don't need. My online bank shows the payment went through already, so why am I not allowed to log on - "Wrong username or password", just the same as before I paid.
Please sort this or return my money.

Wrong username and password was entered too many times and server has blocked you. Now have unblocked and you should be able to connect with username and passwrod you received after credits purchase.
