    Access denied (

    I got the account information to my e-mail but when trying to connect to the server keep getting an error "access denied". What can i do with this problem.

    Wrong username and password was entered too many times and server has blocked you. Now have unblocked and you should be able to connect with username and password you received after credits purchase.
