I cant see how many credits are needed to unlock this device?? I uploaded 1 credit as it says free unlimited on the webpage but the software said it was not enough credit to complete??? Please help

Free unlimited is only if you have dc-unlocker dongle – a hardware key to dc-unlocker software. If you do not have this key, then you need top buy credits.
