Idea 3g netsetter failed to unlock

Hi guys,

My first attempt to use the DC unlocker lite and it failed to unlock Indian 3G netsetter

Plz direct me and let me know where I am going wrong.A bit of the dongle history. Some other unlocker tried to unlock this modem using free software and has a customised firmware on it, it is becoz of this or i am doing something wrong. Plz advice

Could you write your dongle that you use for unlock serial number? Then we would be able to check more why you may receive this error.
