Hi,
First of all you have to install the software, like I said not the latest one, that one has bugs.
I used 1.00.0884.
When the software is installed you run to search the modem, when found, buy credits.
With the info you get, name & password, you can enter that in "server", tick remember.
You will see in the message screen, ok and amount of credits,
Now you can click unlocking.
In message screen you can see unlocked.
You can also see it in the video tutorial.
