access denied

Hi, I recently purchased 2 credits to unlock E1371 Modem using the new algo. My userid is akatiyar. Can you please let me know, why I am getting "access denied" ?

Wrong username or password was entered too many times so you were blocked. Now unblocked you and you should be able to connect.

Uninstall network scanner software and its drivers (WinPcap driver npf.sys) and try again. Now you are unblocked, but if you will not uninstall you will be blocked again.
