i've paid 10 credits for my account salloumasallouma then they disappeard, online assistance told me i've been refunded because i used a non verified paypal account but i've never have received my 10 euros!!!! this is stealing!! give me my money back or give me my 10 credits! if not i'll pursuit you in justice because this is fraude.
