credits problem

Hi, I just purchased 1 credit and then 10 credits using paypal.
I received two messages for each one.
First message was to say the payment had been processed and username details.
Second message was to say credit card had been given a refund of the price of the original payment.
My debit card attached to the paypal account shows a debit associated with 11 credits.
However, when I try and use your software, it says I have no credits.
Pls advise.

You have no credits because payment is refunded.
Your payment is refunded because you used unverified paypal account. Our system accept only payments from verified accounts. Verify the account at paypal and then there will be no refund.
